Do you provide support?

Yes, we do! Our support team is available 24x7 via email and your will get a reply normaly within 6 hours (on holidays & very busy days it may take up to 15 hours.)
Our sales team is available via email Monday to Friday 10:00 to 15:00 and Saturday 12:00 to 14:00, but we also check many times of the day, even past the working hours. We also have a live support area, but we don't have standard hours of using it, because we have lots of support requests.
We also have a forum, where you can ask your question and someone from our support team or the community will reply to you as soon as possible.
